SIMPLEX® DOGBASE DuPont™ Tyvek® FireCurb® has been tested according to EN 12114:
 

  • Air permeability: < 2 m³/h·m² at 50 Pa
     When all joints are sealed, the system significantly improves the building’s airtightness.

Tested according to EN 13501-1:
Reaction to fire class B-s1,d0

Sealing Components
For maximum protection:

  • Overlaps sealed with Tyvek® acrylic double-sided tape

  • Screw points sealed with butyl tape before installation

  • Complex openings sealed with Tyvek® FlexWrap EZ

Installation Overview

​

  1. The cell profile system is installed from the top of the building wall downwards using SIMPLEX® Curtainfix technology

  2. Profile cells are filled with insulation material – stone wool

  3. The membrane is attached to metal profiles

  4. Attachment points are tightly pressed with screws

  5. Overlaps and openings are sealed

  6. Insulation is protected from moisture and air flow

  7. The structure can remain exposed for up to 3 months to UV before it is covered with wall cladding material
