The façade solution for Cēsu Street Business Centre utilises the SIMPLEX DogWall ULTRA continuous external wall system in combination with the SIMPLEX Dogbase Ultra insulation system and SIMPLEX SM metal cladding panels, delivering a fully integrated, single-source building envelope solution. The DogWall ULTRA system allows the façade to run continuously past the concrete slab edges, eliminating thermal bridging and achieving a clean, uninterrupted exterior plane.
